    creatine screwed my scmaoth up big time and i was taking really small dosages. I think the healthiest form of lifting involves moderate weight and a natural diet. too heavy of weight too often can be hard on joints and tendons. If your not worried about gettin huge fast just take it slow and be truly healthy about it. moderate weight, plenty of rest, and natural foods.
